Normal Burning Speed = 12/15 cm/min.
Time = x min.
Burning Speed At The Time Of Puff = 4×(12/15) cm/min.
Time = y min.
Total Length = 12 cm
(12/15)×x +4×(12x/15) = 12
x + 4y =15 ...........(1)
x + y = 9 .............(2)
From Equation (1)&(2)
y = 2 min.
Total No Of Puff =(2×60)/4
= 24 Puff

A to C at , point C both meets.
Neha also take 15 min. from B to C because they start from same time

Because he travel C to B And Return B to C in total 10 min.

Speed of Nitin : Speed of Neha = Time taken by Neha : Time taken by Nitin
to cover BC to cover BC
= 15 : 5
= 3 : 1
So Required Ratio = 1 : 3
